Access to recreation, parks and leisure services is an essential part of every person's physical and emotional well-being. These opportunities also plays a vital role in the quality of life within a community. The Town of Gates Recreation and Parks Department believes in the philosophy of offering quality recreational activities and well maintained parks to the residents of Gates at an affordable and reasonable cost.

Leadership

Gates Recreation and Parks Department is governed by a 7-member Commission comprising of volunteer citizens.  The Commission meets once a month, except July and August. Select the link below for approved minutes of the indicated meeting:
