Balance and harmony in the body, mind and spirit are facilitated through the experience of Kripalu Yoga. Conscience awareness of the body both without and within is enhanced through Hatha Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Combined in a form that is gentle enough for almost everyone, these practices promote stress reduction, increase self-awareness, and invite deep relaxation. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or mat to class with you. Our instructor, Noreen Lambert, is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor.
