Health Insurance Information, Counseling and Assistance Program (HICAP)

Sponsored by the Monroe County Medical Society, A.A.R.P., and the Monroe County Office for the Aging.

Assistance with Medicare and other health insurance claims, help with appeals, billings clarified and counseling for other health insurance programs such as EPIC, a NYS prescription plan. All services are confidential and free. For assistance, call 274-6292 between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
