Camp Registration begins:
April 10th for Gates Residents
April 24th for Non Residents

There are no handwritten registration forms this year.  Everything will be completed online.
Below are some important notes regarding the information needed for your child and where to enter it.

*Sign into your account (or create one if this is your FIRST time registering).  If you have previously registered for a program but do not know your log in information, please call the Recreation Office to update your information rather than creating a duplicate profile.

*Click on "Family Members" and click the "edit" button for the child you will be registering for the program.  Under the "Note" section indicate any allergies, special needs or medications.  List "N/A" if your child doesn't have any.

*If you are registering before July 1st, make sure your child's grade that is listed is their CURRENT grade. (Our system will automatically advance each child to the next grade on July 1st).

*In your household profile, the section "Emergency Contacts" is where you will list all individuals that are allowed to pick up your child (other than the parents).  This list should be in order of who we should contact first in case of Emergency.  If there is someone who should NOT be allowed to pick up your child, for any reason, please notify Stacie Paris (585-247-6100 x234 or so it can be documented properly.

*Immunization Records are required to participate in our camps due to Health Department Regulations.  Copies of these records can be faxed (585-247-1220) or dropped off at our office.  Failure to submit updated Immunization Records prior to the 1st day of camp can result in removal from the camp program.

The last day of camp (August 16th) ends at 3:00 PM.  NO AFTER CARE on this day.
